Human's impact on the Environment dates back through history.

Here is an amazing video explaining a way to help undo some of that damage and at the same time ensure a better tomorrow.  The answer to a lot of our problems may be a lot simpler than we'd imagine.  Some people might find this completely counter-intuitive.

I sometimes get overwhelmed by the 'need to write'.  Its not as terrible as it sounds.
Here's a little poem I wrote about food banks and peoples perceptions of them.  Its not 'Samuel Coleridge' - but its worth a read (IMHO).  People change the world.  We should find strength in that.  Hope you like it.

Fighting Hunger.

In cold March air and freezing rain.
Here they where, back again.
Two brave young souls, and their Dad,
In struggle shared, felt proud not sad.

They passed the ranks of hungry rags.
Heroically laden with generous bags.
Heaving their bounty to the front of the queue,
They blazed a blessing, on more than a few.

The clarion call, rang in the air
“Come on lads, we’re almost there”
Like rallied troops they forced the door, 
And stormed inside the Give-Away store.

Saw an amazing video on YouTube the other day which really helps you get your head around who is actually running things - globally.  This isn't some half baked conspiracy theory.  It is a scientific study of complex systems.  This is the first time it has been properly applied to Economics.  Its fair to say - it explains a lot about who actually runs it.  Personally, I found it pretty scary stuff.
